Predictions & forecasts can and do change based on the free-will choices of all parties involved in the said predictions & forecasts. The results of energy work or spirit coaching or spirit-led hypnosis are not, and cannot be, guaranteed for any individual. Likewise, the results of the use of online course material are not, and cannot be, guaranteed for any individual.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Service means the www.hecates-oracle.com website (“the Site”) operated by Psychic Lind through which we carry out Psychic readings as well as providing training through online courses, sale of Oracle Decks, energy work, spirit coaching and spirit-led hypnosis. By using the Service, you acknowledge that all Readings, energy work, spirit coaching, spirit-led hypnosis and online course material and any guidance arising therefrom are provided solely for the purpose of entertainment. You further acknowledge that you understand and accept that access to either or both of the Practical Witchcraft Courses is limited to 13 weeks from the day of receipt of their access links (as described in the 'Investing in a Reading, Energy Work or Learning' page on the site).
Readings, Oracle Decks, energy work, spirit coaching, spirit-led hypnosis and online course access are to be booked and the investment therein made in advance using the email booking facilities and secure payment facility through PayPal or as arranged with Psychic Lind (South African clients only). Transaction fees are payable when using PayPal and Banking Services - these fees are to be covered by yourself and are non-refundable including if and when refunds are made to you for orders cancelled. Please refer to PayPal and your Bank for relevant fee structures.
Psychic Lind reserves the right to refuse to either accept or complete your order, for any reason whatsoever and without explanation. Your funds shall be refunded to you via PayPal or Banking services, excluding transaction fees. It is very rare that a Reading or energy work or spirit coaching or spirit-led hypnosis request is refused or cancelled but incomplete information, unclear questions and questionable behaviour on the part of the Customer (for example but not limited to: displaying stalker type behaviours) are just some of the reasons that a Reading request or energy work or spirit coaching or spirit-led hypnosis may be refused or cancelled.
There is no refund or money back guarantee or cancellations accepted on any Readings, time-frames, predictions, forecasts, Oracle Decks, energy work, spirit coaching, spirit-led hypnosis and online course material.
