The legal name of whoever you are inquiring about/requesting Energy Work for & their date of birth

Photos are not essential but if you have one less than 12 months old, & with eyes clearly visible, then they should also be submitted (they facilitate a quicker connection)

Details surrounding your situation/experience that has led to the order - this is essential particularly in the no-question Readings so that I may appropriately direct the focus of the Reading with the spirits

If you are requesting a Soul Connection/Twin Flame Reading: all new clients must provide an explanation as to why they believe someone is their Twin Flame/Soul Mate. There must be a real-life romantic connection to this person. I am being inundated with requests from people who are stalking social media profiles of people they have never met; obsessing over famous individuals that they have never even engaged with & other disturbing behaviours that resemble that of stalkers & imbalanced people.
